Did you ask for a fat stonner, soul funky band?

The new revelation of the french rock and roll scene, smply awesome. Just take the most charismatic voice you could find, and mix it with talented musicians. 

You get a vintage instrumental with huge pinches of soul. Is this a coincidence or not? But this band looks like a lot to a frenchie american 70' band, formed in Long Island NY, name "Lafayette afro band", with a quite comon history: both of these french bands met and formed in USA.

Even if their sound is a bit less psyché and funky than their predecessor, we could still link those two bands easily with the soul and funk influences.

They are actually recording a new album and we wish them to come back on stage ASAP!

Mars red sky - Strong reflection

A taste of "powder".

The magic powder of the Mars red sky, is definately their combination of two styles: psychedelic and stoner rock. 

Their album  released last April on CD and digital platforms. Fuzzy and fat repetitive guitar riffs, flying mesmerizing voice, epic solo,  if you fall in their song, you might become strongly addicted.

The Elderberries - You should have known

Take a trip into the time capsule, to the 70' !

This is what the Elederberries offers you in their last single You should have known, released on digital platform and also on 45 RPM Vinyl last 28th of March! Since their begining in 2002, their song managed to evolve on the right "tracks", bykeeping their Vintage and fuzzy touch.

Including members from the UK and Canada, this Clermont ferrand rock city band, is a good example of diversity's power. As you will see in the video, they play on "Wild" guitar models, made with love  by two rock n' roll french fanatics,  from center of France; and the result is just amazing, an "alchemy" of fat and loud sound, with  bing pinches of pure Wild riffs! This is simply like recieving a powerfull piece of  wood in the mouth. Enjoy.

The parisians - Time for nothing more

The Parisians are back.

From their begining in 2004, to their new EP: Difficult Times, released the last 10 th of May, a long road has been made. This is the time of maturity. After their split in 2005, they decided to come back on the Parisian broadcasting scene in 2006, to play on first parts of bands such as Rita Mitsouko, or Black rebel motorcycle. Their place is definately made in the small history of french garage band, and when you listen to the song below, you can easily judge of the real futur potential. Dynamic guitar riffs, punchy drums, charismatic voice, despite their uninovative formation, they manage to build such an universe of new melodies, and this is what every listener needs to ear.
